  • Booking-related information: if you begin a booking through our website, limited details may be collected before you are redirected to the Operator’s own booking system (FareHarbor) to complete your purchase and provide full passenger details directly to them.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website.
  • Run advertising and marketing (including via Meta Pixel), and, with consent, send marketing communications.

Note that once you are redirected to the Operator’s booking system to complete a purchase, your booking and passenger information is collected and held by the Operator directly, under their own privacy policy — not by us.

  • Distribution partners (e.g. GetYourGuide, Viator, Experience Oz, Klook) if you booked through one of these platforms — your data is also subject to their own privacy policies.
